GiveBack-TurkeyBundance Make a Difference

HOW Properties has partnered with GoBundance in operation TurkeyBundance to feed 1000+ families Thanksgiving dinner in the Philadelphia area. HOW Properties is proud to be a part of this effort and on November 20th, 2015 did its part in packaging and delivering 500 meals to various community centers in Philadelphia to be distributed to families in need. Our entire staff worked along side sponsors Shoprite, Keller Williams Real Estate/Partners Group, GoBundance, Whole Foods, and many others to make this possible. We are glad to have had this opportunity to give back and serve the community. Find out more…

GiveBack-Achieveability Food for Thought

ACHIEVEability is a non-profit agency located in West Philadelphia, which works to permanently break the generational cycle of poverty for low income, single parent, and homeless families through higher education, affordable housing, supportive services, community and economic development, and accountability. ACHIEVEability has been able to maintain vital services for our families because of the unwavering support received from HOW Properties. Gary Jonas and HOW Properties have provided a tremendous amount of financial support for the agency through various sponsorships and donation drives. At close to $15,000 to support each of the agency’s 150+ families, HOW Properties’ generosity is more than precious to ACHIEVEability and its families. Last year, Gary Jonas of HOW Properties exceeded expectations by more than doubling his contribution to ACHIEVEability’s annual fundraiser. With the donations received from HOW Properties, countless families have been able to continue on their journey out of poverty and towards a life built upon measurable goals and endless achievements. Big Brothers Big Sisters

HOW Properties has supported Big Brothers Big Sisters Southeastern PA (BBBS SEPA) and their proven one-to-one mentoring youth programs in various ways since 2013. More than $90,000 was raised, and Gary’s was the highest grossing table at the event. Lastly, Gary and HOW Properties have become supporters of BBBS SEPA’s annual Golf Classic & Auction held each September at the Philadelphia Cricket Club – Flourtown Clubhouse.
